Привезла машину в автосервис Барс на эвакуаторе. Проблема была с электрикой. Через сутки позвонили и осчастливили, что все удалось наладить. Я забрала машину, заплатив им 7000 руб. Но проехав всего 10 км, машина снова сломалась! Поломка таже! Снова вызвала эвакуатор (а это еще 2000 руб даже за такое маленькое расстояние, которые мне, естественно, Барс возвращать не собирался). Машина простояла у них на парковке еще сутки, т. к. "электрик уже ушел", потом еще сутки, потому, что "электрик теперь заболел". На мои многочисленные звонки отвечали лишь "ждите или забирайте отсюда свою машину". Но при этом деньги, что я им заплатила за ремонт, возвращать мне отказывались, объясняя это тем, что "электрик же работал, его нормочас стоит еще дороже, это мы вам еще скидку сделали, радуйтесь". Три дебила (а их иначе назвать нельзя), сидящих на приемке, смогли лишь нагрубить мне. Но, к счастью, дело закончилось хорошо. Эти ничтожные ребята так хамить могут только беззащитной девушке. Когда я пришла с братом (солидным, высоким, сильным) сам генеральный директор этой шарашки (к слову, это один из мужиков, что хамил мне) сразу же отдал деньги и принес извинения. Директор - соплежуй! Сам не знает как с клиентами работать и работников своих научить не может! Я искренне надеюсь, что эти жалкие ребята читают мой отзыв. Прошло уже несколько месяцев, в другом сервисе все исправили, моя машинка отлично себя чувствует. А в этот сервис никому ездить не советую!

Не советую. Приемщики сидят в своих креслах как короли. Задаешь нормальный вопрос, а они к тебе как к ***** относятся. Не верите - проверьте сами. ******, я к вам больше не поеду. Влепить 600 рублей за очистку приемной трубы от герметика ( 2 минуты работы щеткой) - это *****, товарищи. Сверху на ценник накинут обязательно. Неприятные воспоминания после посещения этого сервиса.
