Сотрудничество с этой компанией (по автобусным перевозкам детей) увенчалось нам в потери на 22500 руб. Работали 5 дней впервые на детских перевозках. Дети приехали в тур с Дальнего Востока, следовательно, мы всегда стараемся подарить им каждую минуту максимум впечатлений и сервиса. В первый день подали автобус так себе, с замерзшими стеклами. На обзорной экскурсии ничего не было видно. Но больше всего поразил подход дежурного (предположительно директора компании) в последний день. Это был кошмар. В 09:30 автобус должен был быть у гостинцы. В 09:31 мне в панике звонит экскурсовод с тем, что никого нет, ей не прислали номер водителя и она не может дозвониться до офиса. Чудом дозвониться удается мне, на что мне говорят "да, у нас замерзли автобусы по дороге к вам, я решаю проблему, через 15 мин. перезвоню". А позвонить и предупредить, что у нас такие накладки??? Через 15 мин снова прозвучало обещание перезвонить через 15 мин, так длилось около 2 часов. Хорошо, что я включилась и стала прозванивать другие компании с просьбой нам помочь. Абсурд был в отношении менеджера - на любой мой звонок она бросала трубку, как сейчас помню наш диалог: "Почему вы бросаете трубку?" Ответ: "Я не бросаю трубку" - и после этого сразу кладет трубку и не отвечает на мои звонки!!! Как решилась ситуация. Нам вернули стоимость этого дня за автобус, но. Мы переплатили за экстренный вызов другого автобуса, опоздали на Останкино и потеряли 15000, опоздали на обед, потеряли еще 6000. Написали претензию в компанию - полный игнор. Никто не ответил и даже не извинился. Что и говорить, у детей кошмарно сложился последний день и чудом мы не опоздали на самолет. Кстати говоря выехали мы на 3,5 часа позже. До глубины души поразило равнодушие и пофигизм этой компании. Честно - не рекомендую связываться. Несерьезно. Уровень шарашкиной конторы
