После месяца работы с этой фирмой могу сказать следующее: заявленные услуги выполняют, но кривовато. 1) Обещают каждый понедельник акт сверки, но обычно получаем его не раньше среды, ввиду чего большое количество оборотных средств лежит у них и оно постоянно копится, если не переставать пользоваться их услугами; 2) 1 раз курьер не приехал; 3) Совершенно убогий принцип вызова курьера: - Необходимо оставить заявкИ на их сайте. 1 заявку на забор товара, а другую на доставку. При чем, один из сотрудников сказал, что цену товара в заявке указывать не надо ,т.к. они там сильно путаются из-за этого, и им достаточно сопроводительного документа от нашего магазина. В конце концов, пришел достаточно странный курьер, который мне напомнил гиену из мультика Маугли))), которому все объяснили и сказали сколько надо взять денег у клиента, после чего он сказал, что все понял ушел. Через пару дней звонит клиент и задает вопрос: "А вам что, деньги не нужны?". В общем из-за их супер системы этот парень и не взял деньги. Когда я позвонил к ним в контору, мне сказали, что ни один из их руководителей не присутствует на месте, после чего я всю ситуацию обрисовал менеджеру. Выслушав меня, он сказал, что у нас не проставленная сумма и курьер подумал, что денег не надо брать.. В общем может быть их руководители и хотят сделать что-то полезное, но наличие неадекватного ПО, сотрудников, которые путаются во всем, этого им не позволит сделать, а лишь заставляет 300 раз подумать пользоваться ли их услугами и наживать себе геморрой.

ID 23682, КОГДА ДОСТАВКА?? ЧТО ЗА ОБМАН??? НАДЕЮСЬ АВАНТАЖ КУРЬЕР ПОНЕСЕТ ТАКИЕ-ЖЕ УБЫТКИ КАК И Я! ПОЛНАЯ ДЕЗИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!! ДОГОВОРЕННОСТЬ ДОСТАВКИ БЫЛА НА СЕГОДНЯ В 14:30!!! ВРЕМЯ ЗВОНКА 09:19!!! ТРУБКИ НЕ БЕРУТ!!! ПО МИЛОСТИ АВАНТАЖ КУРЬЕР, МОЙ ПЕРЕЕЗД В ГЕРМАНИЮ ОТМЕНЯЕТСЯ ВО ВТОРОЙ РАЗ!!! ЕСЛИ ДО ПОНЕДЕЛЬНИКА НЕ БУДЕТ ДОСТАВКИ,ТОГДА МОИ АДВОКАТЫ БУДУТ РАЗГОВАРИВАТЬ НЕПОСРЕДСТВЕННО С РУКОВОДСТВОМ!!! ТАКЖЕ ПРИДЕТСЯ ВЫПЛАТИТЬ ВСЕ ФИНАНСОВЫЕ ТРАТЫ КОТОРЫЕ МНЕ ПРИШЛОСЬ ПОНЕСТИ В СВЯЗИ С ОТСРОЧКОЙ АВИАПЕРЕЛЕТА И ТРАНСПОРТНЫЕ РАСХОДЫ!!! В ПОНЕДЕЛЬНИК Я УЛЕТАЮ РЕЙСОМ SU 2684, МОСКВА-БЕРЛИН И НЕ СОБИРАЮСЬ В ТРЕТИЙ РАЗ ОТМЕНЯТЬ ПОЕЗДКУ!!!
