Ужасная, какая-то левая конторка. Заказывала у них уплотнение для холодильника, вызвала мастера, а оно не подошло по габаритам. Деньги вернуть отказались, говорили что мастер у нас не из сервисного центра, потом сказали, что это сложный электротехнический товар, т.к. в уплотнение содержится магнитная лента, что товар они заказали правильно по каталогу производителя. И это все говорил их директор Фетисов М.С.. Во общем пришлось писать претензию, обращаться с жалобой в администрацию магазина, короче чуть до прокуратуры дело не дошло. Еле еле вернула свои деньги. Если вы все-таки там закажите какую-либо з/ч для бытовой технике и она вам не подойдет, знайте что закон на вашей стороне и деньги вам вернуть просто обязаны. А эта конторка деньги возвращать видимо не привыкла.

Не рекомендую к ним обращаться! Никогда не связывайтесь с этой организацией. У них явно завышенные цены и хамство при обслуживании. Присылают по предоплате товар, который совсем не подходит. деньги вернуть большая проблема. Игнорируют звонки или сбрасывают. Документация оформляется с ошибками. Такое впечатление, продавцы совсем не разбираются в том, что продают. Больше никогда не буду обращаться в этот горе-магазин и другим не советую.

Продают поддельные запасные части, наверно китайского производства. Деньги не возвращают. Очень непорядочные люди. ОБХОДИТЕ ЭТО МЕСТО СТОРОНОЙ
