Я бухгалтер , мне тяжело разбираться в терминах и задачах ,в которых я не специалист. а именно в програм.обеспечениях. Организацией был приобретен программа для работы (версия в электронном виде, с бесплатным обновлением за 6600 (было обещано, что обновление бесплатное)). Собственно,я попыталась это сделать самостоятельно. Почти три месяца переписывалась (меня гоняли по кгругу , если честно, много было вежливых ответом ответом с рекомендациями, которым я методично следовала, но как-то все не получалось), вдруг выяснилось на этой неделе, почти по прошествии трех месяцев переписки (!!): в настоящее время, программу невозможно обновить из-за того, что: • Те, кто продавал, утверждают, что был приобретен продукт 1С-Рарус: Бухгалтерия для некоммерческой организации. версию Проф.(ха,ха! за такие деньги). • А. в приобретенной и установленной программе, наименовании программы звучит «базовая версия», была оплачена стоимость 6 600 руб.00 копеек. Как вариант предложили купить обновление для версии ПРОФ за 12 000 р. или заново (!!) приобрести тоже самое НКО , причем любезно со скидкой (так она стоит 7800 , а со скидкой 5900), причем я звоню из СПБ в Москву (сколько уже "наговорила" даже страшно озвучивать!!

Вы дамочка на разговоры денег то не жалеете, лишь бы дерьмом кого полить. Некоторые организации по 5 лет в покое не оставляете.
