Добрый день! Искала клинику поближе к дому (7-я Парковая, 19), чтобы сделать ребëнку 9 месяцев электрофорез (сами мы наблюдаемся в К+31 много лет, но туда далековато ездить ради 10 минут процедуры каждый день). Запись в ОНМЕД к физиотерапевту за неделю (всë расписано) - для меня это показатель хорошей клиники, значит, люди пользуется услугами.. Но нет! Ребëнка записали к физиотерапевту и на первую процедуру электрофореза, озвучили цену, но вот то, что в этой клинике лекарства для электрофореза не предоставляются, а пациент должен их сначала купить сам и привезти, никто не сказал ни при записи, ни при повторном звонке с подтверждением визита! С девятимесячным ребëнком на руках, с сумкой наперевес (в которой всякие мелочи для малыша от воды до запасного подгузника и любимой игрушки) я через 15 минут после оформления бумаг (договор, согласие и пр.) узнаю, что лекарства здесь не выдают, мне надо идти в аптеку и искать лекарство и приносить с собой на каждую процедуру... В общем, никаких дешëвых клиник больше в моей жизни (я и не за низкой ценой гналась, а за близостью и удобством расположения, чтобы не таскать грудного ребëнка 10 дней подряд по пробкам через всю Москву). А над входом Вас встретит огромная вывеска "АПТЕКА" и малюсенькая вывеска справа о том, что здесь клиника. Заходите и увидите одинокий синий обшарпанный диван и недовольство на лицах сотрудников регистратуры))). Мой супруг-иностранец прав тысячу раз - в этой стране никто не знает слова "сервис".
