Раздолбайство и некомпетентностьСделал заказ 14.06 — пара тетрадок, ручек, грифели для карандашей и гарнитура. Оплатил картой.15.06 звонок из магазина: - Мол, так и так, одной из тетрадок в вашем заказе нет в наличии. Можете выбрать какую-нибудь другую тетрадь, или мы можем вернуть вам деньги.Говорю — возвращайте деньги. В какой срок вернете?— В течении тридцати дней.Думаю — ладно, пофиг, всякое бывает- и соглашаюсь.Еду в пункт выдачи, забираю заказ, вечером возвращаюсь домой, проверяю гарнитуру на айфоне — не работают кнопки регулировки громкости. Втыкаю в айпад — тоже не работают. В мак — тоже самое.На следующий день попробовал воткнуть в смартфон на адроиде - вау, пашет!Звоню в магазин, говорю:— Покупал у вас гарнитуру, на айОс устройствах не работают кнопки на пульте управления.— Хорошо — отвечают, — приезжайте в пункт выдачи, зайдите в сервис, там посмотрят. Если действительно что-то не так — сможем поменять или вернуть вам деньги.Сегодня приезжаю в пвз, захожу в сервис, объясняю ситуацию. Просят показать гарнитуру — показываю. Тут же говорят, что сделать ничего не могут, возврату и обмену гарнитура не подлежит, потому что это вкладыши.Почему? Почему, я вас спрашиваю, нельзя было задать вопрос про тип гарнитуры по телефону? Почему я должен не только тратить деньги, но и дважды тратить время на посещение вашего пвз, в котором меня отшили за 10 секунд?Результат покупки — потраченные деньги, время, нервы, и наполовину работающие наушники за 2к рублей.Кстати, сама наушники довольно посредственные. Звук самый обычный, корпус не очень удобный — могут врезаться в уши и доставлять дискомфорт. Ну и громкость — не ахти. В метро, например, не хватает, чтоб комфортно слушать подкасты. На музыку может и хватит громкости, но не факт, пока не пробовал. – показать
