Господа ну что сказать об ооо ''омега'' работал я на складах в д. Лешково, пока все работают платят вроде нормально, дают выходные когда нужно, платят зп вовремя, авансами тоже не жалуюсь, за форму не вычитали ни копейки, штрафы приемлимые, но..... Есть очень большое ''но'' огромное жирное, обсчитывают по зп по страшному, как доходит дело до аванса, это вообще ужас, приписали 6000 откуда взялись не понятно(якобы брал аванс), пересчитывать не хотят, вешают авансы с другого месяца, ну или совсем не расчитывают, не советую идти в эту фирму, при мне много кинули ребят, например, один из парней на складе отработал две недели, собственно рабочих смен у него 10, умножаем это на 1540 получаем сумму 15400, а парень в итоге получил 810 руб....и таких было много, были и те кто вообще не видел свою последнюю зп, дело ваше, смотрите сами, но не советую, особенно попасть к Марии Анатольевне П. на объект.... В общем расчета я увидел 5300 не говоря уже об отношении не то что бы наемной организации, а от самого начальства, кстати, договоров мы так и не увидели, у меня все
