В середине декабря заказывали кухню, а в итоге все еще на этапе производства. Обещали за 30-40 дней, а в итоге 3-4 месяца. А по отзывам знакомых могут еще и с браком сделать, который потом не заменить, так как им или не дозвонится, или ссылаются на договор. Менеджеры по телефону вообще не могут ответить что с заказов и на какой он стадии, приходится проходить несколько отделов, что бы что то выяснить.

В середине июня заказывали кухню. На дворе конец сентября. На этапе заказа все было прекрасно - менеджер бодро обещала как быстро нам сделают кухню и доставят ВМЕСТЕ СО СТОЛЕШНИЦЕЙ, все сделают и установят за 35 дней. Когда 35 дней истекли нам пришлось самим выяснять где все-таки кухня - менеджер информацией не располагает, на все один ответ - ждите звонка. Потом просто перестала брать трубку и еще и заблокировала наши телефоны. Операторы НЕ видят статусов и все что могут - связать с тем же менеджером, которая говорит - звоните в доставку... а отдела доставки у них нет... Только оператор, который может переключить - сюрприз сюрприз - на менеджера... С горем пополам кухню все таки доставили с задержкой и установили, но без обещанной столешницы... и все по кругу - выяснить где и когда будет столешница - невозможно - на это у них сторонняя организация, статус по заказу не имеют, подрядчик звонок компании не принимает. Вроде как назначили дату доставки в первой половине дня. Мы специально оставили ключи родителям, которые сидели и ждали, а столешница не приехала.... И новый круг никакой информации - бесчисленные заявки без обратной связи. Где она и когда приедет выяснить не удается.... Если дороги нервы и вы рассчитываете на соблюдение сроков - Вам не сюда.
