Хочу выразить огромное спасибо ребятам из агенства ОМ- недвижимость. Я к ним обращалась дважды и оба раза получила профессиональную помощь. ОМ-недвижимость я знаю по их ленте «Осуществление мечты» в социальных сетях. Поэтому, когда меняла квартиру, решила обратиться именно к ним. Вскоре на нашу двушку нашлись покупатели. После ее осмотра они заверили меня в твёрдом намерении ее купить. Была назначена дата сделки. За этот период сотрудники ОМ подобрали нам новую трехкомнатную квартиру по очень привлекательной цене. Мне она так понравилась, что дня продажи своей я ждала с большим нетерпением. Вот только в самый последний момент покупатели просто взяли и отказались от сделки без объяснения причин. А я-то уже всеми мыслями в новой квартире. Более того, я за нее уже залог внесла. У меня тогда чуть ли не истерика была. В итоге, разрешилось все конечно замечательно - каким-то чудом, буквально за пару дней, ребята из ОМ нашли для нас нового адекватного покупателя, а я стала хозяйкой новой квартиры. В общем, на правах благодарного клиента хочу сказать, что ОМ-недвижимость лично для меня - лучшее агентство Ярославля, которое я без тени сомнений рекомендую всем своим близким.
