К процедуре и врачу вопросов нет, все понравилось. Большие вопросы к обману со стороны администратора, после процедуры навязали оплату вымышленной консультации, которой вовсе и не было. Заранее об этом не предупреждали, ни о каких платных консультациях и речи не было. Имейте это ввиду, точно так же обманут и заставят оплачивать. Скандал поднимать не стал, а зря. Лишь высказал мнение о том, как они себя некрасиво ведут. Но за то следующие посетители будут иметь ввиду заранее информацию о том, какой обман их ждет от администратора.

Вешать лапшу можете кому угодно, но не мне. Я был у вас, и мне НИКТО не говорил о платных консультациях, на ресепшене НИКТО не предупреждал. Ваша клиника мне не понравилась, цыганское отношение, лишь бы нажиться в обман клиента. Мастер не равно клиника.

Добрый день Илья. Мы рады, что вам понравилась и процедура, и работа нашего врача Мордовиной Анны Васильевны. И одновременно, огорчены, что вашей низкой оценкой вы обесцениваете работу специалиста, и показываете, что вам не понравилась наша клиника, хотя это не так, что видно по первой части вашего отзыва. Наши администраторы, не имеют ни возможности, ни намерений обманывать наших пациентов. Информация о платном первичном приеме размещена у нас везде, и на официальном сайте, и в зоне ресепшен, и ВСЕГДА озвучивается администраторами при записи. Так как мы Медицинский Центр и оказываем Медицинские Услуги, мы не имеем права не проводить первичный прием. С уважением, администрация клиники "Оливия".
