Никогда!!!Никогда!!! Если хотите чтобы Ваши животные выжили!!! Результатов УЗИ на руки не дала, Сказала, что пёс обезвожен, хотя это не так. Всадила банку физ раствора, после чего животное 4 суток отказывалось пить! За все манипуляции взяла без малого 10 тысяч!!! Даже в больших сетевых клиниках мы столико не платили! При этом объяснять диагнозы она не намерена и отвечать на вопросы тоже!!! Стыд и позор!

Здравствуйте все! По всей видимости, мой отзыв удалят администраторы, но все-же Ольга Геннадьевна, попробуйте посмотреть правде в глаза. Помните нас, мы приехали к Вам, действительно из Москвы, глупцы! Вы три раза переспрашивали какой возраст у собаки, как ее зовут и что вообще нам надо. 15 минут брали кровь у собаки, она не текла, а Вы не потрудились задуматься от чего. А ведь надо было только иголку немного вытянуть. На следующий день мы опять приехали к Вам на УЗИ к назначенному времени. На улице мороз -25 градусов. Вы опоздали на 30 минут на работу и мы стояли на улице. Затем Вы делали УЗИ. И если бы мы не требовали настоятельно, так результатов и не дождались бы. Вам видите-ли некогда. А деньги за услугу, которая включает в себя и описание Вами увиденного на экране, времени хватило взять. Теперь по результатам анализов и Вашему заключению. Мы ездили с этими результатами в две ведущих клиники Москвы. В две, так как хотели узнать независимое мнение разных докторов. Так вот ответьте мне если в анализе крови билирубин 19, то почему его нет в моче. Как он выводится из организма животного? Вы не задали себе такого вопроса. По результатам УЗИ Вы пишите такие диагнозы, что в клинике нам предложили прислать перевозку для срочной госпитализации в реанимации нашей 15-летней собаки. Напомню, что моей собаке 11 месяцев и она бодра и резва. И похоже у нее цистит. Так вот все эти анализы и диагнозы я отправляю в Минздрав, для того чтобы там разобрались откуда у Вас лицензия на эту деятельность. И ещё я уже написала на многие вет.форумы, чтобы Вашу, язык не поворачивается сказать, клинику люди обходили стороной. Бегом бежали прочь. Без уважения. Надежда.
