Менеджеры данной компании (прежде всего дама по имени Алёна) вынуждает клиентов снимать более дорогие квартиры, когда других вариантов уже не остается. В результате агентство получает повышенную комиссию, а менеджер радостно думает, что сделал доброе дело. Схема развода выглядит следующим образом. Мы договорились о съеме квартиры на Кутузовском проспекте по определенной цене, которая была прописана в договоре. Заплатили за эту квартиру за месяц до даты заезда. И вот в день нашего приезда, то есть буквально за 40 минут до того, как мы должны были получить ключи, нам позвонила Алёна и сообщила, что квартира, к сожалению, "ушла" (вернулся хозяин). Разумеется, такое случается, подумали мы. Во всем мире такие ситуации решаются легко: агентство или гостиница ЗА СВОЙ счет меняет квартиру на ту, что есть в наличии. В нашем случае в наличии оказались только более дорогие варианты, на которые у нас, разумеется, не была предусмотрена доплата. На нашу резонную просьбу произвести замену за счет агентства нам просто ответили, что это невозможно! Выхода у нас не было и пришлось брать более дорогой вариант. Настоятельно не рекомендуем иметь дел с данной фирмой! Не исключено, что подобная схема применяется ко всем клиентам, которые заранее показывают менеджерам свою платежеспособность, и те думают, что могут "развести" людей на дополнительные 4 000 - 8 000 рублей не составит труда.

Весьма отзывчивый коллектив. Приемлемые цены на посуточную аренду квартир. Скидки , лично мне с третьего дня проживания предоставили в размере 3 тыс рублей. Кстати, квартиры чистые.
