Будьте осторожны !!!! Если вы думаете, что Mercedes-Benz будет относиться , к вам хотя бы по человечески , то вы ошибаетесь . У меня один негатив начиная от покупки здесь автомобиля в 2020 году , до прохождения То . Сегодня при прохождении То начали агрессивно навязывать дополнительные услуги , имейте ввиду, все услуги ( навязанные ) вы проконтролировать не можете ( то есть очистка тормозных дисков с ВНУТРЕННЕЙ стороны , чистка направляющих суппортов и тд ( я все понимаю , но машине 1 год !!!!) причём естественно вы не находитесь на станции , то есть все это по телефону . Кроме этого ценообразование здесь среднее по СПБ , есть и дешевле . Масло , кстати , не доливают до Максимума ( хотя пишут 6 литров , и само масло не Меrecedes , а She’ll , ну ладно хоть в допуске !) Всегда после замены средний уровень .. в целом отношение к людям отрицательное , рядом были клиенты , с конфликтом , чуть позже увидел аналогичную ситуацию между клиентами и менеджерами по сервису . Ну и подведя итог - не рекомендую салон , не для покупки , не для прохождения ТО . Не сочтите за рекламу , но Mercedes Автодом Пулково лучше . Даже коллега Олимп Невы - автофорум Mercedes тоже лучше ( масло доливают , ничего лишнего не предлагают , только то что нужно ) . В целом в наше время отношение дилеров к собственникам машин - плохое . А тут вообще отрицательное . Больше не поеду !! .
