Заказывали очки дочери, продавец-консультант несколько раз назвала выбранную ребенком оправу дедовской, хотя ее мнения никто не спрашивал. Затем на очках сломалась дужка, обратились с просьбой подобрать дужку, на что та же продавец швырнула очки, сказав, что это ремонту не подлежит. Обратились в другую оптику, все быстро починили. Крайне грубый персонал!

Проверял зрение хороший окулисьт сразу видно что человек понимает о чем говорит и знает своё дело, ценовая категория особо не кусаеться , очки получил довольно быстро на следующий день)))

Осталась довольна после посещения данной оптики. Уделили внимание в проверке зрения, а так же посоветовали при подборе оправы. Заказ сделали за 2 дня. Никаких проблем обнаружено не было. Если ещё понадобятся очки, пойду в эту оптику.

Была в этом салоне, зрение проверяют вроде не плохо. Очки подобрали, все хорошо. Но, не советую покупать у них дорогие брендовые солнцезащитные очки, идут с браком, комплектацию очков не знают! Как буд-то я ширпотреб покупаю на рынке на лотке. Если покупаете, то смотреть нужно все до миллиметра, в моем случае, я с плохим зрением и просмотрела приличную царапину на линзе для очков. Доказать невозможно ничего. Хамки еще те, наглые, особенно молоденькая девушка с пирсингом, что за кассой сидит, будет отнекиваться ото всего. Отдала приличную сумму за очки, в итоге я и виновата. У меня осталось подозрение, что они сами по неосторожности поцарапали, знают, что продадут, а потом человек ничего не докажет. Была лучшего мнения об этом салоне, не раз заказывали очки, но после этого случая я поняла, что если что-то произойдет, то не докажите НИЧЕГО! Обходите стороной.
