Олди в настоящее время одна из самых лучших фирм, торгующая компьютерами и комплектацией по цене и ассортименту. А поскольку возникают проблемы, то пришлось обращаться в сервис-центр как на Малышева, так и в Нагорном проезде. Последний более удобен, если необходимо привезти крупногабаритную технику – своя большая территория и на машине удобно заехать. Туда 2 месяца возили в ремонт штук 10 мониторов, которые из-за стандартного дефекта ругались с системой и всегда ребята оперативно и вежливо все исправляли. На Малышева с автомобилем лучше не появляться- встать надолго тяжело. Но зато относительно недалеко от метро, носили в сервис на тестирование материнские платы и остались довольны.

У меня стоит не новый комп, который в свое время был куплен в ОЛДИ. Периодически выходят из строя некоторые комплектующие. Комп уже давно не на гарантии, но в сервисе всегда помогают, подсказывают, как бюджетно исправить, починить, заменить сломанное. Очень удобно.

грамотный персонал, купленный ноутбук хотел сдать по гарантии им предложили 2 варианта: длительный и более быстрый. в одном случае можно по гарантии им отдать, а они отнесут в оф.сервисный, другой я сам отнесу в сервисный. где находиться ближайший сервисный центр объяснили и подсказали как до него добраться, благо он недалеко

Обслуживание на 5. Цены более-менее адекватные. Ассортимент — неподалёку есть Регард, там больше. Но Олди хороши тем, что у них сеть по всей Москве и сразу и магазин и пункт самовывоза.
