В этой оптике я в мае 2014 года заказала очки 5-и летнему ребенку. Мастер в оптике неправильно сделал линзы, тем самым был нанесем вред здоровью ребенка, так как ребенок их носил 5 месяцев. (Это 5-и летней ребенок ей сказали носи, ребенок и носит, он же маленький, это не взрослый человек).Оставила отзыв в жалобной книги по этому случае с номером моб телефона, но руководство даже не отреагировало. Мне пришлось составить претензию вместе с юристом. Только после этого ген дир-р Елена Юрьевна нашла время со мной связаться. Через 2 неделе они предложили переделать очки, но ребенок их носил 5 месяцев и пострада, теперь мне нужно доп лечение, а оптике все равно. Это просто жестокое безалаберное отношение к маленьким детям.

Отличный салон оптики. Выбор очков и оправ действительно большой и настолько разнообразен, что глаза разбегаются. Есть в оптике этой и ремонт. Один раз нам очень здорово помогли отремонтировать очки мужу. В других салонах за такую работу даже не брались, а в Окулюс-Перово все сделали быстро и качественно. Рекомендуем всем.

Подошла к мастеру, чтобы он переставил стёкла из одной оправы в другую (одинаковые). В итоге мастер испортил мне дорогущую линзу (асферика)!!! Испортил нагреванием, внутри появились трещины и мутное пятно. Помочь все отказались, мол я ничего не могу доказать, хотя я ношу эти очки не снимая! Всегда пытаются впихнуть линзы подороже. Я в эту оптику больше ни ногой, чего и Вам советую.
