Циничное отношение к клиентам. Должны были прийти на бесплатный приём через месяц, но пропустили срок. Из-за этого смогли только платно записаться. Т.е. ты должен сам отслеживать когда открывается запись, найти свободное окно в точную дату и тогда прием бесплатный, а в другое время уже платить нужно. Ну на чем только не зарабатывают :(. Странно, что на такой ерунде зарабатывают себе негативные отзывы.

Здравствуйте, Татьяна! Благодарим Вас за отзыв, нам важно каждое мнение. По Вашей ситуации поясняем, что на основании Положения об оказании платных медицинских услуг, действующем в нашей организации, после оперативного лечения положены бесплатные профилактические осмотры через 1 и 6 месяцев, допускается смещение сроков до 10 дней (для иногородних пациентов до 15 календарных дней). Данная информация указана в Памятке, которую выдают перед операцией и дополнительно проговаривается врачами на приемах. Высчитывать определенную дату не нужно, достаточно позвонить с учетом отведенных сроков и администраторы подберут удобное время и дату для визита. К сожалению, в виду большого количества пациентов у нас нет возможности отслеживать сроки повторных визитов всех пациентов и напоминать им о необходимости посетить наш Центр. Нам искренне жаль, что не оправдали Ваших ожиданий, ждем Вас на профилактический осмотр через 6 месяцев после оперативного лечения.
