Не думала, что придется выражать недовольство к этой клинике . Но увы… Дозвониться не получится, от слова совсем. Правда перезванивает администратор. Бывает, что и не перезванивает . Сегодня пытались записаться на прием не первичный (подбор линз) Оказалось , что минимум три месяца надо ждать в листе ожидания . Альтернативы не предложено. Хотела заказать выписку из медицинской карты для посещения другой клиники , раз не получилось записаться в Окулюс и опять проблема . Выписку надо ждать 30 дней . Вопрос к руководству… Что это за организация работы клиники.. Ладно , бог с ним …, врач с отпуска, большая очередь . Но выписку то почему 30 дней? Она что с другого континента едет . Что за сроки? Вынуждены были уйти в другую клинику .

Добрый день! К сожалению, сейчас у нас всего один доктор занимается подбором контактных линз и у него действительно большой лист ожидания, в соответствии с этим Вам не было предложено другой альтернативы. Что касается получения Выписки из медицинских документов, то она готовится в установленные законом сроки (до 30 календарных дней согласно Федеральному закону от 02.05.2006 №59-ФЗ «О порядке рассмотрения обращений граждан РФ» и Приказу Минздрава России от 31.07.2020 №789н «Об утверждении порядка и сроков предоставления медицинских документов (их копий) и выписок из них» ) в порядке очередности поступления аналогичных запросов, при наличии возможности Выписка готовится в более короткие сроки. Нам жаль, что мы не оправдали ваших ожиданий.
