Обращались в компанию Оконти, делали ремонт на балконе, сделали все в срок, я даже не думал, что так быстро будет.

Остались очень недовольны сервисом вашей компании. Понимаем ,что Вам все равно - деньги с клиента получили и забыли. И окна - это вещь не повседневного спроса, так что клиенты к вам не возвращаются. Но не могу не высказаться. Т.е. у нас даже слов нет. Начиная от глубокого не профессионализма вашего менеджера Станислава, кончая всей остальной организацией. В субботу утром по пути на дачу прямо перед нашей дачей встретили вашу машину, везущую окна кому-то рядом с нами. А нам вы конечно не могли организовать доставку на утро?! В итоге окна привезли вечером. Позвонили за 20 минут до доставки. Потом они заблудились, т.к. ваш Станислав неправильно дал им адрес. Вчера монтажник приехал ОДИН!!! На 14 окон!!! При этом приехал к 10 утра. Не взял с собой пену, потерял еще час, когда ездил на рынок за пеной. Это абсурд!!!! Работал монтажник вчера до 12 ночи!!!! Прекрасно понимаем ,что монтажник не ваш сотрудник и вашей компании на него, собственно, тоже наплевать. Потому у вас так хитро и платежи расписаны. Опуская все эпитеты, которыми могли бы наградить вашу компанию, можем сказать одно - никогда больше к вам не обращусь и никогда вашу компанию никому не порекомендую!!! Абсолютно наплевательское отношение как к клиентам, так и к тем же монтажникам, которые даже не являются вашими сотрудниками!!!! Очень жалеем, что с вами связались.
