Официальный партнер фирмы Rehau. Заказывал у них с установкой остекление балкона, сделали скидку, цена получилась ниже среднего по рынку. К работе менеджера нет претензий. По качеству монтажа - оставили щель в палец толщиной между стеной и козырьком - плохо запенили, улицу видно. Поддержка (гарантия) хромает - уже 2 недели не мог приехать мастер, чтобы отрегулировать фурнитуру - заявка есть, но не перезванивают и не едут. UPD. Договор 251\07\19 мастер приехал, неисправность не смог устранить и уехал. Якобы, такая фурнитура попалась. Но если в фурнитуре брак и её нельзя настроить, то нужно просто поменять по гарантии? Но от компании снова тишина... UPD : 22.10.19 позвонили с завода-изготовителя, пришел представитель по рекламации (заранее меня никто в известность не поставил, поэтому не сразу др др поняли). Его заключение - ошибка при монтаже, не поставили какую-то железяку в фурнитуру. Он все исправил на месте. Пусть около 2 месяцев прошло, но устранили проблему

Заказал в мае 2018 года окна в двухкомнатную квартиру, и все пошло через пятую точку, начиная с доставки, монтаж вообще растянулся на 2 недели, в процессе монтажа поменялись монтажники, ну и теперь с наступлением холодов, из окон дует, окна брал дорогие rehau, тройной стеклопакет, и пятикамерный профиль, уже вызывал мастера по гарантии, теперь второй раз буду вызывать. Не связывайтесь с этой организацией.
