Заказал в компании окна-спб установку нового окна в квартиру. С замером, доставкой, монтажом не было проблем, с вывозом мусора пришлось раза 3 напомнить, вывезли только через 2 дня. А вот с заменой холодного остекления на теплое полный ужас. Пришел замерщик, сказал что у меня в ЖК разные балконы, не такие как у соседей - ЖК София. Многие соседи уже поменяли остекление, замерщик сказал что технология замены очень сложная - технология Авангар - замена рамы в раму, либо стеклопакет в раму. Только через 4 дня отзвонился менеджер Артем и сказал что они с руководством приняли решение - не смогут взяться за такой супер сложный проект остекления :) Расчет естественно они так и не смогли мне сделать.

Добрый день, Владимир!Хотели бы принести Вам извинения за доставленные неудобства.В ответ на Ваш отзыв хотели бы отметить, что для выполнения работ по Вашему техническому заданию необходимо внести изменения в конструкцию и внешний вид фасадного остекления балконов многоквартирного дома.С 11 января вводятся Штрафы за самовольное изменение фасада - Закон «Об административных правонарушениях в Санкт-Петербурге»Наша компания не занимается согласованием проектов по изменению внешнего фасада домов с КГАhttps://www.spb.kp.ru/daily/27082/4154045/В связи с этим мы не сможем осуществить работы на Вашем объекте.С Уважением!
