Имел неосторожность (май 2018г) воспользоваться услугами данной фирмы для установки 6-ти окон на 2-е квартиры (4+2). Предварительная сумма раза в два была увеличена после окончательных замеров. После предоплаты на руки выдано словесное обещание ничего не забыть и все сделать качественно. Грузчики, привезшие окна, понятия не имели куда какие окна носить. Конечно перепутали. Про гребенки, о которых договорился с замерщиком, ничего внятно сказать не могли, да и с русским у них было печально. Монтажники - огонь! Начали с того что шурупов нет. Купил шурупов. Через час стали искать пену. Ходили из одной квартиры в другую, косились злобно на меня. Да не нужна мне ваша пена))) Предложение «я могу купить» отвергли. Буквально через полчаса хождений нашли! При установке одного окна выяснилось, что короб кривой. "Мы конечно можем поставить, но они могут промерзать. Смысла нет." Спрашиваю, «и что?». "Это не мы. Это замерщик" А если я пропилю оконный проем? "Ну дааа. Бууудет лучшеее. ". Почему я предлагаю варианты сделать качественно? А не они? Кто кому платит? Что постелено на пол было тут же сбито ногами, а далее заляпано пеной и тщательно растоптано. На второй день предоставленные сами себе монтажники, не стесняясь, включали музыку, да и вообще чувствовали себя как дома. Так точно не точно должно быть! Жаль меня не было! А уже подгорало. Гребенки ожидаемо не поставили. Замерщик позже объяснил – просто что то куда то не вписали, не положили, не нашли и не поставили. Но! Готовы сделать бесплатно. Я выразил искреннее согласие и на платно… Прошло 2 месяца. Итог – искренне не рекомендую.
