Шаражкина контора. Качество установки плохое. Отношение к работе - главное быстрее сделать. Одни разговоры про Рехау. Берут качественные окна и не качественно их устанавливают

Еле нашел компанию в интернете, видно переименовывались. Пока что не видела лучшей результаты работы монтажников! Все изолировали, аккуратно убрали излишки, окно не продувает поэтому. Приятной неожиданностью для меня стали бесплатные замеры от компании ОКНА Р, СПАСИБО!

В процессе эксплуатации окна был обнаружен дефект - поворот ручки не позволяет полностью закрыть окно. Месяц назад обратилась с претензией в «Окна Грид» с просьбой устранить дефект. Менеджер заверил, что срок рассмотрения претензии 10 дней, но обычно мастер выезжает раньше. Далее звонила многократно и получала обещания урегулирования вопроса в ближайшее время. 7 ноября руководитель ответил по телефону, что лично проконтролирует ситуацию и со мной свяжется мастер. До сих пор на претензию ответа нет и вопрос не решен. Компания оперативно работает только на принятие заказов и уклоняется от выполнения гарантийных обязательств. Дополнение. Вскоре перезвонили из компании и предложили выбрать дату и время приезда мастера. Недостаток устранили в считанные минуты. Претензий нет.
