Установщики грубые, куда-то спешат, торопятся. Жалею что обратился в их компанию, хотя у них 9 фирм по городу с разными названиями но одним директором. Будьте внимательны, не попадитесь на удочку. Монтажники попросили вас не мешать им делать свою работу. Это разве грубость? Работа по монтажу была выполнена, вами проверена и оплачена. Никаких претензий не было, они начались видимо после просмотра вами ролика в интернете "специалиста" Земского. Видимо такого же блогера как и Вы. Вы требовали поставить крепёж там где в конструкции нет никакой нагрузки. Это вам я и монтажники пытались объяснить, но что наше мнение по сравнению мнением ютуба... Вы это не поняли. Я вам предлагал вернуть деньги и снять блок, на что вы отказались, видимо понимая, что за эти деньги в таком профиле, с таким стеклопакетом, с такой фурнитурой и с таким подоконником вы нигде не закажете. Предвосхищая ваш ответ про потерянное время и моральные издержки, спешу вас уверить, что снятие старого блока и установка нового займёт всего 3 часа, и что может быть лучше моральной компенсацией, как новый блок, качественный монтаж и самое главное гарантии 5 лет в другой фирме? По моему это - шикарное предложение. Если все-таки моё предложение вам не подходит, то советую снять видео после того как вам поставили этот дополнительный крепёж и куда делась вибрация, и делась ли она куда-нибудь вообще. А то вы с в своём видео все показали, а вот конечного результата увы нет. И дверью посильней хлопайте, не стесняйтесь. За 7 лет работы и 10000 клиентов которым мы поставили окна, если и найдётся 5 человек недовольных, то лично я считаю, это очень хорошей погрешностью.
