26.09.2019 отделение O’KEY English в Очаково сообщило о закрытии. 21.09.2019 нами были приобретены учебники для занятий именно в этой школе на общую сумму 3500 руб. После этого ребёнок один раз сходил на занятия с учебниками. Администратор O’KEY English в Очаково не может решить вопрос с возвратом учебников школе и возвратом полной суммы за учебники. Добавлю, что летом O’KEY English в Очаково пытались организовать языковой лагерь для детей, опять же мы оплатили его, но не получилось у них сформи ровать группы, опять срыв запланированного учебного процесса. Уважаемые O’KEY English в Очаково, ну раз так получается про разным причинам зависящим и не зависящим от вас, может вы повернетесь лицом к Вашим клиентам. – показать

Добрый вечер, Валерия!В связи с тем, что арендодатель (банк) в одностороннем порядке расторгнул договор аренды (в связи с продажей помещения 3-м лицам), мы были вынуждены остановить работу филиала в Очаково. Менеджеры связались с каждым клиентов в тот же день, когда нам сообщили новость. Все денежные средства за непосещенные занятия будут возвращены клиентам.Все учебные пособия, которые клиенты приобрели в нашей школе для этого учебного года, можно вернуть в филиал и получить 100% компенсацию. Это официальная позиция школы и личное распоряжение генерального директора.P.S. Как только нам будет понятно новое расположение нашей школы, мы обязательно сообщим! Будем надеяться, что все случится в самое ближайшее время! – показать
