Когда начала проверять продукты, оказалось что не привезли 6 позиций: 4 упаковки фарша, две упаковки сыра, яйца, майонез.. в общей сложности продуктов на сумму около двух тысяч рублей. Деньги за продукты которые не привезли с карты сняли! На просьбу вернуть деньги, отвечают что это невозможно, и могут вернуть лишь бонусами на счет их магазина. Продукты не довезут. Если делать заказ снова, то придётся платить за доставку, оплаченную ранее. Расчитывала облегчить себе жизнь, а вместо этого запланированное застолье сорвалось из-за отсутствия продуктов, деньги просто потеряла, настроение испорчено, вопрос никак не решили.

Ну не знаааю. Когда я делала заказ, то в собранном заказе не оказалось 2 товаров. Мне позвонили из магазина и предложили их заменить. Так как я привыкла к определенным брендам, то отказалась от замены. По поводу возврата денег мне объяснили, что банк не снимает сумму заказа, а резервирует и в течении трех дней разница разблокируется (сказали все зависит от скорости банка). Мне повезло, деньги за эти две позиции оказались на карте в тот же день. Вы точно в окее делали заказ?

Тоже самое. Не было 5 позиций на 900 руб. Жалобы игнорируют, затаились. По привычке не проверил сразу, т.к. раньше заказывал в перекрестке и утконосе. Там такие проблемы решают моментально. Теперь если буду заказывать у этих, доставщикам ни копейки не дам. И пофиг кто там виноват.

В целом неплохой сайт. Сервис/логистика никакие. При первом наборе корзины (до регистрации) отменилась половина позиций (нет в магазине). В день доставки еще треть позиций не оказалось. Отправили без согласования замену. Что-то ок, что-то нет. В общем доставлять продукты в РФ пока так и не научились.

Пробовал 3 или 4 магазина по доставке продуктов. Но спасибо за внимание к отзыву.
