Ужасный персонал! Была записана на 16.00, так пришлось ждать 30 минут!У мастера был перерыв видите ли! Я все понимаю, все мы люди, но нельзя себе отвести время и никого не записывать на этот промежуток. Зачем заставлять людей ждать? Ко всему этому ещё и грязь, пыль и мусор в углах видно не вооружённым глазом. Сто раз пожалела, что пришла в этот салон! Не советую

Уважаемая, Анна! Мы просмотрели статистику записей к мастерам и не нашли вашу запись на 16.00, так ка за декабрь месяц у нас не было записи на 16.00! Может быть вы ошиблись? В нашем салоне у мастеров нет перерыва и время ожидания, задержки по регламенту максимум 15 минут. Спасибо вам за понимание!

Супер ответ любого салона на отрицательный отзыв! Клиент не знает у кого и где была и от нечего делать тратить свое время на отрицательный отзыв. мало того,что потеряла деньги и время,нужно еще и доказывать руководству,что посещала сало.А не проще ли выполнять требование закона и выдавать клиенту кассовый чек и платить налоги? Спасибо, что ответили, а то бы потеряла время.

Прекрасные мастера, была на микротоках и перманентном макияже губ и бровей, все просто великолепно сделали. Я осталась очень довольна!!! Спасибо ещё вернусь!
