ВНИМАНИЕ: Агент из огарка Сергей Паршин под видом добропорядочного риелтора при встрече пытается втереться в доверие собственника, но при отказе "сотрудничать" с ним, спустя некоторое время начинает вредить, выкладывает копию объявления без разрешения собственника с заниженной ценой на множестве сайтов, и всячески мешает продаже! Номер телефона мошенника: 89253709731. Не попадитесь на удочку!

Добрый день, Сергей! Профессиональные риэлторы всегда стараются найти общий язык с клиентом, чтобы в дальнейшем всем было комфортно работать. Уверяем Вас, что сотрудникам агентства недвижимости "ОГРК" нет никакого смысла тратить время на то, чтобы "мстить и вредить" собственникам, которые отказались сотрудничать. Сергей Паршин выкладывает объявления исключительно с разрешения собственника и по согласованной цене. Обращаем внимание, что снять объявление с продажи моментально невозможно, и требуется некоторое время на обновление баз. Здравствуйте, работали с риелтором Светланой Валюн, сделка была сложной с альтернативой, одному собственнику нужны были деньги нам квартира, были пару ситуаций не по вине Светланы, а по вине второго собственника, с которыми Светлана сработала профессионально, вообщем выполненной работой остался доволен.
