Сделал заказ №1691300, микроволновая печь Samsung. Забирал в пункте самовывоза Алтуфьево. На месте сотрудник открыл коробку, я визуально осмотрел печь, которая была на 80% завернута в клейкую заводскую пленку. Вид был нормальный. Заранее уточнил, что при возникновении проблем, можно будет обратиться в компанию, к тому же до покупки прочитал на сайте в разделе гарантия: "Исходя из здравого смысла, мы готовы пойти Вам навстречу дальше, чем этого требует закон" и еще кучу красивых фраз. Не покупайтесь на это - полная ложь. Приехал домой, распаковал микроволновку и начал снимать эту пленку... И часть краски слезла с этой пленкой. Не знаю, плохо ли покрасили, нормально не грунтовали или хранили на складе при крайне высокой температуре, но факт есть факт. Абсолютно новая микроволновая печь заявленного цвета графит-металлик выглядит, как облезшая коробка с лампочками. Написал в хваленую на сайте службу поддержки, приложил фото крупным планом одного из дефектов и получил полностью роботизированный ответ от "Дьяков Павел Александрович pavel.d@ogo1.ru" вида: "Спасибо за обращение, Вы сами осмотрели товар и сами виноваты. К тому же, это не производственный дефект". Т.е. сотрудник, который мне выдавал товар и просил осмотреть именно в пленке и на основании этого я подписал, что принимаю товар, либо поленился ее снимать (ее там действительно много), либо знал о похожих проблемах и решил, что и так сойдет. В итоге, выкинутые деньги на ветер, потраченные нервы, а также был послан полуроботом. Достойным магазином такую компанию назвать нельзя.

Покупал наушники накладные сони, через 3 дня решил сделать возврат, отказали по причине отсутствия плёнки на коробке, бред и нарушение ззпп. Если руководство читает, знайте вы потеряли в моем лице клиена. Номер заказа 803301
