Хороший БЦ. Сюда добираться легко: рядом метро Калужская и Воронцовская. Из преимуществ: тихий район, большие окна, переговорная комната, внутри здания чисто, уборка офиса каждый день. По аренде не дорого выходит.

Арендуем здесь помещение и вот моё мнение: в здании чисто, офис нам убирают, о поступлении корреспонденции уведомляют, бегать с бумажками не надо, всё через личный кабинет. Арендная плата фиксированная. Всё норм!

Бываю здесь часто по делам.От метро не далеко пешком минут 10.Внутри столовая,минимаркет, кофейни,бьюти салон.Советую!

Ценник не низкий, но и само здание классное - места много, убирают регулярно, в туалетах чистота и порядок. Без заявки поздно не зайдешь - минус, но зато никаких посторонних не ходит.

Пишу своё личное мнение: территория зелёная, возле главного входа есть велопарковка, в помещения окнах большие - светло. Оплата услуг возможна онлайн. Плату за коридоры, лестницы и прочее не включают в плату.

У меня к БЦ претензий нет. Аренду плачу вовремя, работа по договору. Положение БЦ - можно дойти пешком. Чистота - постоянная уборка. Реагирование персонала - оперативное. Кофейни, банкоматы, салон красоты, столовая - в наличии.

Мы находимся на 5м этаже. Прежде, чем подписать договор нас с ним ознакомили, по стоимости услуг проконсультировали. Никаких неожиданных платежей нет, всё по договору. Уборщицу постоянно вижу с шваброй на этаже. Охрана тоже всегда на месте. Вход/выход по стильным бесконтактным брелокам. Замечаний пока нет.
