Хочу выразить огромную благодарность сотрудникам компании Миэль Одинцово - риэлтору Наталье Гусаровой и юристу Виктору! После самостоятельных поисков и просмотров вариантов был близок к отчаянию найти достойный. Позвонил Наталье, сразу встретились. Два дня Наталья водила меня по разным объектам. Нашли то, что хотел. Сложность сделки заключалась в том, что я не мог постоянно находится в Одинцово и выбранная квартира была в залоге у банка. Сотрудники агентства сопровождали меня лично в банках и в МФЦ. Действовали от моего имени по доверенности. Всё чётко и слаженно. Вся работа от поиска вариантов до подписания Акта приёма передачи квартиры была проведена профессионально и безукоризненно. Каждый этап грамотно оформлен с юридической точки зрения. Наталья и Виктор всегда были со мной на связи и моментально решали все вопросы. Наталья Гусарова не просто классный специалист, но и прекрасный человек, болеющий душой за своих клиентов. Спасибо большое компании Миэль. Рекомендую!

Находился со стороны покупателя, Миэль - продавец в лице менеджера Оксаны. После получения аванса менеджер посчитала, что может ставить свои условия, вплоть до угроз расторгнуть сделку. Считала возможным давать нелицеприятные оценки участникам сделки. Считаю такой подход непрофессиональным и недопустимым. Также не понравилось, что нет телефонов руководства на сайте. Руководству все равно, что творят их менеджеры или им главное, чтоб сделка состоялась?
