Данное агенство недвижимости было рекомендовано нам знакомыми, когда нами было принято решение приобрести недвижимость ,а именно квартиру. Т.к. такие покупки мы совершаем не каждый день, и стоимость их равна не одному рублю, вопросов и страхов, связанных с рисками много, соответственно имено поэтому мы приняли решение обратиться именно в агенство. Плюсов могу назвать не много: 1) Достаточно известное имя (но это всё же не говорит о хорошей работе) 2) Нам в режиме он-лайн был предложен список , подходящих квартир по необходимым для нас параметрам, а также консультации по ипотеке. Минусы следующие: 1) Достаточно дорого берут за свои услуги 2) Естественно, не получив 100% предварительной оплаты за свои услуги, с нами даже консультацию проводили мягко говоря нехотя. Что и отбило всё желание связываться с ними , по крайней мере отношение менеджера у нас вызвало очень много сомнений по поводу его пунктуальности по вопросам , связанных с приобретением недвижимости, а вопрос возникает достаточно много у меня ,как у лица не очеь сильно специализирующегося в юридических тонкостях по данной теме. В итоге нами было выбрано другое агенство.
