У меня сложились не очень приятные впечатления при сотрудничестве с компанией Керамин, находящейся на ул. Бутырская. Я в конце июня в розницу приобрела у них плитку для ремонта санузла. На складе мне отгрузили множество коробок и я стала проверять плитку на бой. Вся плитка была целой, что порадовало. Но я не ожидала, что для ремонта санузла необходимо стооолько плитки. Посчитав, я поняла, что вместо необходимых на пол 9 плиток мне отгрузили 9 КОРОБОК этой плитки. Я, как добропорядочный гражданин , все вернула. в начале августа мы нашли мастеров, кто будет производить у нас ремонт. При протирании половой плитки на перед укладыванием я обнаружила, что на всех 9 плитках пятнами ободрана эмаль. Позвонила в магазин, где мне сообщили, что это мои проблемы и войти в мое положение и помочь мне они не могут. Мне сообщили, что я должна была раздербанить все коробки и перебрать всю купленную плитку в течение 2 недель… Но не все же покупают плитку непосредственно перед укладыванием… Больше в эту компанию я ни ногой, очень разочаровали. А всем советую по своему опыту — при получении плитки на складе разрывайте все коробки и смотрите каждую плитку. При этом обязательно имейте с собой тряпку для протирания, т.к. на складе вся плитка с толстым налетом пыли. Будте бдительны! ведь после получения плитки и росписи за нее никто ваши проблемы решать не будет, даже если это, может быть, производственный брак – показать
