Ставлю одну звезду. ДОСТАЛИ! Почему? 2 звезды, это когда есть стабильность, 3 звезды, когда можно платить через Сбер, 4 звезды, это когда идут навстречу клиенту. 5 звёзд, это Боги! Да, проблемы есть, и не маленькие! Но, их не решают ни по мере возможности, и вообще никак. Есть одно очень неприятное действие - отключение интернета, в случае несвоевременной оплаты. Вот в этом случае, надо сперва наверное убедиться в том, что люди реально не забыли это сделать, и просто напомнить им на СМС и по Е-мail с обратной связью. Отключить интернет перед Новым годом, и при том, что он своевременно оплачен - СВИНСТВО!!! А Хамство, не подключить его, даже после звонка оператору в службу поддержки! Будет подключено, когда выйдет бухгалтер! Вы не ох...ли? Это должно по звонку делаться, в крайнем случае, а не оставлять клиентов без связи! Думаю, тут надо руководству Линка, сделать определённый шаг навстречу постоянным клиентам. Надеюсь, это предложение, не будет рассматриваться слишком долго и уйдёт в небытие.

2/10. Клиент уже лет 10, альтернатив все это время не было. Цена выше рынка, скорость низкая, стабильности нет. Консультации не эффективные, просят воткнуть кабель в комп, несмотря что у меня макбук уже больше 8 лет. Всегда ищут проблему у вас, чего бы вы не делали и даже если следуете их инструкциям и покупаете что они говорят, на положительный результат не рассчитывайте. Не редко сбои, при которых не дозвониться. Если вам ценно ваше время, деньги и нервы - обходите стороной эту шарашку.
