Приветливый персонал, чистота,качественное обслуживание Достоинства: Опытные специалисты,цены,чистота, доброжелательность. Недостатки: Нет Приехал перезаправить кондиционер, понравилась быстрая работа специалиста Грибанова С. Ю., всё сделал быстро и качественно. Буду приезжать только сюда!

Отвратительный персонал Достоинства: В салоне много машин Недостатки: Худший персонал Пришли в салон посмотреть имеющиеся машины и рассчитать кредит на уже выбранную! машину и выбранную комплектацию. В Прайс листе стоит нужная сумма, мы на неё и рассчитывали. Ну и началось... Во-первых, всем было на нас плевать, никто не подошёл, ничего не спросил. Но это еще пол беды. Когда попросили рассчитать кредит, сидело куча свободного персонала просто беседовали между собой. И просто так отказывали, мы минут 10 ждали пока нам найдут кто это рассчитает. Рассчитали и мы действительно офигели от суммы в месяц. Она нам нассчитала кучу опций, которые мы не просили. Сплошной обман! Коснусь здесь же и салон киа у Сити парка Град. Отношение такое же! Подошли к мужчине и он начал нам заливать такой брееед. Мы просим конкретную комплектацию по цене, которая указана у них в листе. Он говорит, что по такой цене машины не существует! Предлагает комплектацию в разы дороже, ибо она есть в наличии. Мы начинаем уже злиться и просить, что мы пришли за рассчетом кредита именно данной комплектациии. Ему все равно... В салоне людей не было, ему просто было лень нам что-то считать. Мы не были в третьем салоне киа Воронежа на Изыскателей и желания уже честно говоря нет. Из-за такого отвратительного отношения перешли в другой салон и увидели колоссальную разницу! Нам все объяснили, рассказали, что в этот кредит входит и какая сумма нам в месяц была бы выгодна платить. Сделали для нас все! А о киа сплошное разочарование...
