Здравствуйте! Ситуация следующая: оформили договор купли- продажи на Mitsubishi OUTLANDER 27.03.2020., подписали кредитнвй договор, оплатили страховки ОСАГО, КАСКО, соответственно банк перевел деньги за автомобиль в тот же день, но на 08.04.2020. автомобиль нам не отдали, ссылаясь на карантин. Но дело все в том что перед оформлением всех документов менеджер Артем Крылов нас безапелляционно заверил что авто отдадут на следующий день, т.е. 28.03.2020., и только по этой причине мы согласились на о формление покупки, понимая что ситуация с карантином за неделю не решится. В настоящее время на сайте Рольф есть информация о доставке автомобиля при его покупке, но получается что и это ложь. Так что не советую связываться с данным салоном. Время идет, кредит естественно не,,заморожен,,, страховки за 130 тыс. в год тоже, а они ничего делать не хотят. – показать

На данный момент возможность доставки доступна только в Москве, Игорь, и мы все сейчас являемся заложниками ситуации, однако, делаем всё возможное, чтобы это изменить в кратчайшие сроки.

Да дело больше в том что менеджер сказал:,,машину отдадут на следующий день после оформления договора купли-продажи», т.е. 28.03.2020. Повторюсь, мы понимали что карантин с 30.03. по 05.04.20. это не конец, продлят дальше.И не стали бы оформлять договор вообще.Вот что обидно.Хотя после моего вопроса будет ли зимняя резина в подарок как написано на сайте, менеджер ответил:,,на заборе тоже написано,,, я даже в ступор пал. Так вот после этого не удивительно произошедшее в вашем салоне, видимо не в карантине по большому счету дело – показать

Берегитесь менеджера Кравченко. Пообещает все, что Вы захотите. по факту — обман. в ценах врет, наличие автомобилей — врет. НИКОГДА и НИКОМУ не посоветую этот салон, а тем более этого менеджера.
