Добрый день. Более двух часов не могу дозвониться по тел.8-499-461-07-43 (не берут трубку) (раньше тоже звонила) по уточнению вопроса по регистрации счетчиков на воду. Мы поставили счетчик 15.11.15, но смогли подойти только сегодня для регистрации в данную компанию. Нам ответили, что прошло 30 дней со дня установки счетчика и к нам должен подойти кто-то, посмотреть счетчики…и еще через 30 дней их зарегистрируют. Где я могу посмотреть документы, подтверждающие слова работников компании?Также не понятно, почему сотрудники не отвечают на телефонные заонки (не занято — не берут трубку!) Люди работают, и отпрашиваться для того чтобы уточнить информацию и приезжать к вам — это безобразие!!! Данная компания ОБСЛУЖИВАЕТ наши дома..Жду ответа.С уважением,Сигачева Е.В. – показать
