Приехала помыть машину, так, как живу недалёко и раньше мылась всегда там, но больше туда не поеду! Озвучили, что задним ходом заезжать нельзя, типа ему так неудобно мыть.... там видимо забили или не знают правило, что клиент всегда прав! А в прошлый раз когда комплекс сделала, вообще забили пепельницу вставить обратно, пришлось возвращаться. Глядя на сотрудника который мыл машину и судя по всему не так давно вышел из мест лишения свободы, стало непонятно, забыл вставить пепельницу или просто не захотел.... Раньше такого там не было... Вот так и теряются постоянные клиенты.
