Магазин хороший, цены адекватные, персонал вежливый. Беру всегда масла и фильтра, всегда в наличии. Пару раз заказывала на их сайте, пришло достаточно быстро и всё целое.)

Отвратительный магазин, сказали доставка детали 7 дней, а пришло за 13 дней. На что мне сказали что понятия ни в чем не имеют, чуть ли не послали. Больше туда не ногой.

Опишите подробнее о каком заказе идет речь, мы обязательно разберемся и примем соответствующие меры. 1) Странно, у нас нет задержек поставок без уважительной причины, такой как не погода в Норильске. 2) Наши продавцы ответственные и любящие свое дело люди, и никогда не позволят себе разговаривать с покупателем в грубой форме. 3) Возможно Вы Артем лукавите. Вас нет и не было в числе наших покупателей.
