За последние 15 лет моей работы с прачечными в качестве представителя Заказчика это самая худшая из худших почечных. Качество стирки отвратительное, много порченного белья, белоснежные полотенца превращаются удивительным образом в серый цвет. Условия контракта не соблюдают, график провоза, вывоза белья нарушают, на телефонные звонки не отзываются. Старайтесь избегать заключения долгосрочных контрактов

Добрый день, Андрей. Не смогли идентифицировать вас по вашему отзыву. Сожалеем, что у вас сложилось негативное мнение о качестве наших услуг. Учитывая то, что бОльшая часть наших заказчиков , использующих белые полотенца на сегодняшний день- это медучреждения, включающие в себя хирургические и прочие отделения с большим количеством трудноудалимвх загрязнений, сложно представить что в стирку сдавались именно белоснежные полотенца. Тем не менее, мы используем в стирке моющие средства и составы, а также программы , соответствующие технологичкским требованиям к обработке такого белья, также обращаем ваше внимание что в том случае, если закрепленный за вами сотрудник не отвечает, вы всегда можете позвонить на номер 8 495 664 55 19 в рабочие дни с 9 до 19. Просим вас связаться с нами если проблема сохранится. Благодарим за ваше неравнодушие к нашей работе

Вызывала сотрудников компании Octo Group, чтобы они сделали химчистку всей мебели в офисе, в котором я работаю менеджером. Офис большой, мебели много, работы, соответственно, было немало, но персонал справился с поставленными задачами. Кроме того, приехали они ночью, чтобы во время рабочего дня не мешать сотрудникам, не отвлекать
