Что за проплаченные отзывы я читаю? Я жила в разных клоповниках, но такой клоповник вижу впервые. Год постройки здания - 1955 год. Когда делался последний раз ремонт, история умалчивает. Входишь в общежитие по отпечатку пальца, который прикладываешь к ридеру. Охрана - хамоватые церберы, уборщица не далеко ушла от из'яснения мыслей без хамства. Тараканы, размером с кошку, плавающие в чайнике, тоже порадуют вас с утра. 80% живущих - это таджики. Люди живут и на минус первом этаже, как во времена крепостного права. Никаких телевизоров, никакой посуды на кухне. В нормальных общежитиях это есть. Молчу уже про постельное драное белье, выпущенное в 80-х г.г. Я бы поставила ноль, но нет такой оценки. Лучше жить на вокзале, чем в этом общежитии.

Елена, спасибо за комментарий. Отзывы в Яндекс справочнике мы не проплачиваем. Это пишут реальные люди, которые на этом объекте проживали или до сих пор проживают. Чем Вас смущает проход по отпечатку пальца? Это сделано для безопасности всех жильцов. По поводу хамства охранников и горничной - на 1-м этаже находится офис управляющей и комендата, все эти претензии Вы можете изложить им лично или написать в книгу жалоб. Половина проживающих - это славяне. Есть конечно и узбеки, которые проживают от компаний. Вы узбеков за людей не считаете? Это уже как минимум расизм. Телевизоры есть в каждой комнате. Посуды на кухне конечно же не будет - это общежитие, а не хостел. По поводу постельного белья - также можете написать свои претензии в книгу жалоб. Если Вас так всё не устраивает, Вы же можете найти более комфортное жилье. Или Вас там удерживают насильно?
