за тараканами нелегалов не видно.в комнатах тараканы размазаны по стенам - не отмоешь и нет вентиляции.на человека ,вместо положенных 6 кв м - 1.7 кв м. в душевых вечно воды 'по колено'.По вечерам приятное соседство на улице вам составят крысы,они милее чем администрация этого хххостела...

На первый взгляд, здание со стрёмным обшарпаным фасадом и входом с обратной стороны недалеко от мусорных контейнеров. Однако внутри условия на 4 . Мне досталась комната на 8 человек. +Достаточно чисто. Как в комнатах, так и остальных помещениях. +В шаговой доступности от метро Ховрино. +Душевые удобные, сделаны как несколько отдельных комнат с закрывающейся дверью. -Неоправдано высокая цена.Мой номер (на 10.08.18) стоил 345 руб.+ 20 руб. комиссия терминала, через который производится оплата = 365 руб./сутки. Дешевле только от 15 суток. -Отсутсвие ТВ в комнате. В целом, впечатление положительное если бы не высокая, на мой взгляд, цена проживания.
