Хорошее предприятие если не учитывать некоторые моменты в работе с начальством, очень многое не доходит до высшего рукаводства фабрики, к сотрудникам относяться очень даже не плохо, жаль началась черяда сокращений, кризис касаеться всех к сожалению. Стоит отметить, что в общем работать здесь можно и нужно, жаль только что низовой порог зароботных плат по моему скромному мнению несколько ниже необходимого.

Спасибо, Павлег, за ваше мнение! Тем не менее, хочется отметить, что высшее руководство фабрики "ПАЛИТРА" охотно идет на контакт и выслушивает все мнения сотрудников. Вы можете свободно зайти в кабинет и высказать свои соображения и пожелания любому из руководителей служб - производственной, дизайнерской, финансовой, технической и других. У нас нет запрета на общение с руководством. "ПАЛИТРА" входит в число крупнейших налогоплательщиков Балашихи, а Балашиха лидирует по уровню зарплат в среди городов Московской области.
