Приобрели участок в 10 соток в коттеджном поселке Кузнецово. Отличное расположение, легко добраться до центра в любое время, местность сама по себе очень живописная. Менеджеры помогли в быстрые сроки оформить участок в собственность.

Купил дешевый (200 тыс. за 7 соток) участок в Тихой Заводи прямо на берегу реки. Будет небольшая дачка прямо на берегу реки. Порадовало, что добраться до автобуса можно практически прямо до места, 2 км только пройти останется. Оформили все быстро и споро, да и без помощи их менеджера я бы такой участок хороший не нашел, молодцы.

Покупали участок через эту компанию. Никаких проблем не возникло. Подписали договор, заплатили деньги и через три недели получили в собственность участок с электричеством, без ненужной беготни и тд. Никаких подводных камней не было. Рекомендую.

Купили участок в этом поселке, хорошая транспортная доступность, наличие в достаточной близости садика, школы, магазинов, алекватная управляющая компания, адекватные застройщики. Мы брали с домом затройщик «Добродача» - отличные ребята Михаил и Иван! В Облземе сопровождение сделки до самого завершения. Короче остались довольны!

Купили участок в Кузнецовском подворье, обещенного газа до сих пор нет и не будет до 2020 точно. Дороги как после бомбежки, обновляются раз в год — косметический ремонт до первого дождя. Деньги собирают исправно, но при этом за 3 года нет ни одного изменения

Долго присматривались к участкам в Подмосковье пока не остановились на «Кузнецком Подворье». Взяли 10 соток за 1 200 000. Поселок уже неплохо обустроен, подъезжать удобно даже после дождя. Стройка идет полным ходом.
