Пишу этот отзыв, чтобы остальные внимательно читали условия договора. В октябре 2019 года между моей компанией и ООО "ОБИТ" был заключен договор. При необходимости его расторжения в феврале 2020 года, ООО "ОБИТ" согласился его расторгнуть при выплате им 396 000. В их договоре присутствовал пункт, по которому мы обязаны пользоваться их услугами 36 месяцев. Про срок пишут в спецификации, про расторжение - в пункте 4.4 договора. Будьте внимательны. Ведут себя по скотски, но договор подписан, ничего тут не сделаешь. Надеюсь, что с таким подходом, в скором времени останутся без клиентов.

Добрый день, Александра. В нашем договоре прописан минимальный срок предоставления услуг для юридических лиц. Но при заблаговременном предупреждении об отключении, а также в случае закрытия компании клиента или переезде офиса, "ОБИТ" идет на встречу своим абонентам и расторгает договор в пользу абонента. Напишите свой номер договора, чтобы мы могли разобраться в вашей ситуации. С уважением, «ОБИТ»

Это просто ужас! Подписывая договор как юридическое лицо,ты попадаешь в рабство на 3 года... и это 21 век в самом разгаре! Пытаясь прекратить действие договора, тебе выкатывают счет за все оставшиеся месяцы от минимального срока. И надо сказать, что это не 10000 и даже не 50000, а больше 200000. Хочешь уйти от них -тогда плати 200000-300000, или сиди и дальше жалуйся на дорогой и некачественный интернет.
