Ужасное СРО! Не буду говорить, что я думаю вообщем о самой системе СРО, для чего оно нужно, где оседают ком. фонды и т.п., слов негативных не хватит! Но конкретно это СРО это что-то с чем-то! Принимают всех на ура, но стоит только начать проходить первую ежегодную проверку, спустя год после вступления, вот тут всё самое интересное безобразие начинается! Требуют кучу всяких документов, справок, отчётов и т.п. и именно оригиналы с подписями-печатями организаций, выдавших эти документы, а за не предоставление таковых, составляют акты, приостанавливают деятельность (что не освобождает от уплаты членских взносов). У знакомого деятельность ООО приостановили, но счета на оплату членских взносов присылали исправно. В замечаниях о проверке могут указать следующее: "нет подписи", "ошибка в слове", самый любимый приём "требуется оригинал документа", который в принципе у них и не должен быть, ведь выдаётся документ не для СРО, а для организации! В своё оправдание утверждают, что с них это требует НОСТРОЙ, РОСТЕХНАДЗОР. Пройти проверку с первого раза невозможно, вот через пол года, пока все оригиналы справок соберёшь - получится, ну а там и новая проверка вскоре! Прохожу проверку с начала года, а замечаний с каждым разом всё больше и больше, на каждый новый донесённый документ - новые замечания! Но при всём при этом, в открытую говорят, что если бы обратились к их "партнёрам", оказывающих услуги по прохождению проверки (за нескромную плату), то вопросов у них не возникло бы! Уважаемые члены СРО будущие и настоящие настоятельно не рекомендую Вам вступать в данное СРО, если цените своё время, деньги и нервы!
