Покупали в этом садовом центре не в первый раз, во всех случаях цветы и саженцы не цвели и засыхали. В этот раз купили за 1200 куст гортензии,он был без почек вообще, продавец заверила что она обязательно будет цвести. На дворе 19 мая,на кусте ни почки не листочка! Чек есть! Позвонила в магазин, спросила,могу ли я заменить куст на цветущий,продавец грубым голосом сказала что по закону НЕТ! Вот тебе и садовый центр. Больше естественно туда ни ногой и всем знакомым расскажу про этот случай. Не приятно такое отношение. Клиентоориентированности никакой!

Добрый день Юлия! Вы первый клиент, у которого ни чего не цветет, ни растет и сохнет. Наверное стит задуматься! Вы сами пишете, что не цветут и засыхают - может быть стоит задуматься о поливе растений, т.к. растения Вы высаживаете в П.Посаде а живете в Москве и им не хватает полива согласно агрономическим нормам. Прежде чем купить растение, нужно узнавать период цветения. У гортензии в зависимости от сорта период цветения с Июля по сентябрь, делая Вывод из вашего обращения, Ваши претензии беспочвенны! Нужно хотя бы немного понимать или читать о растениях, либо внимательно слушать продавца! По закону РФ и защите прав потребителей, растения и семена обмену и возврату НЕ ПОДЛЕЖАТ! Можете всем это рассказать тоже. Нам тоже не приятно, когда человек загубивший живое растение, сваливает вину на продавца.
