Если не хотите потерять свои деньги, силы и время, то не обращайтесь туда. Специалисты там, если их вообще так можно назвать, совершенно не компетентные. В день совершения сделки (уже одобреный объект и ипотека) нам позвонили и скорбным голосом сообщили, что ипотеку дать они нам не могут, так как наш объект им вдруг не подходит, это после одобрения объекта !!! Куда же вы раньше смотрели, уважаемая Хурдущан В. И. Сказали, что очень сожалеют, а вот деньги нам никто даже и не думал возвращать.
