Моя хорошая знакомая брала тут кредит. И намучалась она знатно. Но изначально её привлекли очень выгодные условия по сравнению с другими банками. В итоге перед тем, как подать заявку, она с лихвой насиделась в очередях, что уже было не очень приятно. Потом ей дали не полный список документов, справок и т.д., которые она должна собрать. Это ещё прибавило неудобства. В итоге, кредит она взяла. Вроде в остальном её всё устроило.

мне не понравился этот банк когда брали кредит, рассматривали его как вариант но побывав там и встретившись с хамством персонала, мы сразу передумали очереди там неземные, как-то душно и вообще неприятно хотя клиентов много, которых они заманивают на первый взгляд выгодными условиями
