Отправил не те размеры, 2ым сообщением отправил нужные размеры, сообщил что откоректированные размеры, и все дальше их работа, листок с размерами выкинул и не вникал, да и зачем.И общались о материале и цене. А в итоге сделали по 1 размерам, не извенились и взяли доп. сумму за монтаж так как они по размерам не подходили. Да и все это было долго, уторм напишешь вечером ответят, до того как отправили в работу (из за 1 сообщения в день) прошло наверное неделя. Хотел что то красивое, решил подороже световой короб чтоб был, а окозались не по размер, уже не тот вид. Ну да, зачем нормально работать с клиентами, заявки есть, так наклепаем, не Европа же.

Валерий, Добрый день! Изготовили вывеску по согласованным Вами размерам и материалам. Прикладываем скриншот. С Вами велась регулярная переписка по техническим параметрам вывески. Вывеску изготовили и смонтировали в срок. Сделали Вам дополнительную раму ,взяли с Вас только за материалы. Очень жаль, что идёшь навстречу клиенту , а сталкиваешься с подобным отзывом спустя две недели после монтажа.
